Investigation Discovery Timeline of Events

June 1 to June 14

June 1 to June 2 – Casey's boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, watches Caylee swim in his pool. Lazzaro later recalls the date as the last time he saw Caylee.

June 9 – Between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Casey Anthony allegedly drops 2-year-old Caylee Anthony off with her nanny, Zenaida Hernandez-Gonzalez, at the Sawgrass Apartments on South Conway Road.

Casey moves out of her parent's house and in with her ex-boyfriend, Ricardo Morales, and friend, Amy Huizenga.

June 9 to June 12 – Casey tells her parents that she is having Hernandez-Gonzalez babysit Caylee so she can go on a business trip for Universal Studios.

June 12 – Family friends allegedly spot Caylee in a shopping center near the Orange-Seminole county line. She was reportedly wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

June 12 to June 14 – Christine Chester, a friend of Casey’s, says that she went for a walk with Casey and Caylee on one of these dates.

June 13 – A friend of Casey's, a DJ at a local club, allegedly sees Caylee at Lazzaro's apartment.

June 14 – Casey allegedly logs into her MySpace account and leaves a message on a profile allegedly belonging to Anthony Lazzaro. The message, time-stamped 8:05 a.m., read, "You're absolutely my favorite." It remains unclear if Anthony ever replied, as the majority of Casey's comments from that period have been deleted.

June 15 to June 21

June 15 – Caylee visits her great-grandfather at an assisted living facility. A video is later produced in an attempt to verify the sighting.

Cindy and Caylee allegedly go swimming in the Anthony's pool. Afterwards, Cindy takes the ladder away from the pool and closes the gate.

June 16 – At or about 12:30 p.m., George Anthony allegedly sees Casey and Caylee leave with backpacks on their shoulders.

At 2:30 p.m., George Anthony leaves for work.

Between 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Casey allegedly makes numerous calls, lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a minute, to her parents and several friends.

June 17 – Someone fills out a card at the Sawgrass Apartments. The signature on the card reads Zenaida Hernandez-Gonzalez.

The Anthony's allegedly notice that the gate to the swimming pool is open and the ladder is next to the pool.

Casey allegedly posts a message for a friend named "Amy" on a social networking Web site. The message reads:

"Cheer up me lady! I love you and can't wait to finally get you moved in."

June 18 – Casey allegedly borrows a shovel from a neighbor. Later that same day she is seen backing her car up to her parents garage.

June 20 to June 21 – Casey allegedly hangs out at a club in Orlando.

June 24 to June 30

June 24 – Casey's ex-fiancé calls her in the afternoon to tell her he has resigned from the Orlando Police Department. He later tells deputies that he heard Casey reprimand Caylee for climbing on a table. He also claims he heard the young girl's voice in the background. *Update* - Casey's ex-fiancé now claims he is not certain if he heard Caylee.

George Anthony calls the Orange County Sheriff's Office and reports that someone broke into his storage shed and stole 2 gas cans with about $50.00 worth of gas in them.

Later that day Casey allegedly shows up alone at her parent's house to pick up some clothes. When her father looks in the trunk of her car he allegedly finds the missing gas cans.

June ? – Casey reportedly gets a tattoo in honor of Caylee that reads "Bella Vida." The English translation of the Italian phrase means "Beautiful Life."

June 27 – Casey leaves her car, a 1998 white Pontiac with Florida tag G63XV, in the parking lot of an Amscot Financial store at Colonial Drive and Goldenrod RoadAmscot Financial store at Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road.

June 27 to June 28 – Casey and her Ex-fiancée, Jesse Grund, allegedly go to the beach together.

June 30 – Casey's car is towed from Amscot Financial store. Her purse is found on the front seat and a childs car seat is found on the back seat.

July 3 to July 7

July 3 – Casey's mother, Cindy Anthony, allegedly posts the following message* to her MySpace blog:

Subject: My Caylee is missing
Current mood: Distraught

"She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?" [sic throughout].

July 4 – Casey allegedly spends the day partying and hanging out with friends.

July 4 Weekend – A new concrete slab is allegedly poured in the backyard at Casey's parents’ house.

July 7 – Casey allegedly posts a message* on her MySpace blog. The message, titled "Diary of Days," read:

"On the worst of worst days, remember the words spoken
Trust no one, only yourself.
With great power, comes great consequence.
What is given can be taken away.
Everyone Lies.
Everyone Dies."
*The message has been deleted.

July 15 to July 21

July 15 – Amy Huizenga tells Cindy Anthony where her daughter is staying. Amy later accuses Casey of stealing checks and $700.
Cindy picks up Casey and places three calls to 911, telling authorities that she wants her daughter arrested for stealing money and a car. Casey had allegedly stolen her mother's credit card when she moved out and, using the card, had run up thousands of dollars in bills. Cindy also tells the dispatcher that her granddaughter is missing.

During the third 911 call, Cindy tells the dispatcher: "There is something wrong. I found my daughter's car today [and] it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."


July 16 – Investigators discover Casey has been lying about her place of employment and other details regarding her daughter's disappearance. As a result, Casey is arrested and charged with child neglect, making false official statements, and obstructing an investigation.

"Based on the repetitive lies that the defendant has told, we do not know with whom the child is or even if the child is alive," Corporal Yuri Melich wrote in the arrest affidavit. He added, "It should be noted that at no time during any of the above interviews did the defendant show any obvious emotion as to the loss of her child."

The car Casey had been driving is picked up from the wrecker company, and police question a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez, who claims she does not know Casey Anthony.

While behind bars, Casey calls her family and talks with her mother, Cindy, brother, Lee Anthony, and a friend, identified only as "Kristina." Casey uses profanity during the 13-minute conversation and appears to be angry about comments her mother had made to the media regarding Casey's involvement in the case.

July 17 – Casey appears in court, during which time the judge denies bond, saying she showed a “woeful disregard for the welfare of her child.”
The Sheriff’s Office searches the car Casey had been driving and bagged several items as evidence, including dirt, samples of hair deemed to be the same color and length as Caylee’s, and a carpet sample that investigators have called "questionable."

July 21 – Casey's attorney sends a letter to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, which states that they are willing to "cooperate fully" with law enforcement.

The Never Lose Hope Foundation donates office space for volunteers to coordinate search efforts. In addition, a local business owner offers a combined reward of $125,000 for information that leads to finding Caylee. The offer is set to expire in 90 days.

July 22 to July 27

July 22 – Casey appears at her bond hearing before Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland. During the court proceeding, Corporal Melich testifies about the search of Casey's vehicle.
"There was a very bad smell in the car," Melich stated. "Briefly, just before I came into the Child Abuse Division, I was a homicide detective for two years with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, and in my experience, the smell that I smelled in that car was the smell of decomposition."

Cindy Anthony also testifies that Fernandez-Gonzalez had been babysitting Caylee for more than a year. However, she admits that she has never actually spoken to or met with Fernandez-Gonzalez.

Following testimony by other family members, Judge Strickland chastises Casey for her behavior and sets her bail at $500,000.

"Not a bit of useful information has been provided by Ms. Anthony as to the whereabouts of her daughter," Strickland said. "And I would add that the truth and Ms. Anthony are strangers."

After the hearing, Cindy Anthony tells the media that Caylee was allegedly spotted at a Tampa airport on July 2; however, an unnamed source later tells WESH.com that the sheriff's office is not optimistic about the tip.


July 23 – A recording made by Caylee's grandfather, George Anthony, and The Never Lose Hope Foundation is broadcast across Florida phone lines to thousands of area residents.

July 24 – Cindy Anthony tells the media that Caylee has been sighted in Georgia with someone who is heading to Charlotte, North Carolina. Police investigate the tip but find no evidence to substantiate the claim.
Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, files a writ of habeas corpus, asking that Casey be released from jail so that she can aid in the search for her daughter.

Casey Anthony received a suprise visit from Patrick Bourgeois, a man who claimed to attend high school with her. Casey had trouble remembering who he was and had little to say during their conversation, which lasted less than 2-minutes..

July 25 – Casey's family visits her in prison.

July 26 – Casey phones her brother from jail. During the conversation she states that she believes Caylee is still OK.
"That's still my best feeling at the moment," she said. "If that changes, then obviously I'm going to reach out and say something immediately, but I know mom will understand this more than anyone that there's that bond type of bond that you have with your kid and it's unexplainable."

July 27 – Casey offers to work with the FBI to make a composite sketch of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.
"She's [Casey] been wanting to cooperate with authorities; she just doesn't trust the local authorities. She would be willing to speak with the FBI," Cindy Anthony tells WESH.com.

Nearly 200 people attend a vigil at the Anthony family home to honor Caylee.

Sept. 2: Casey Anthony refuses an offer of limited immunity in exchange for information leading to Caylee.

Aug. 31: The Orange County Sheriff's Office confirms hair found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car belonged to Caylee

Aug. 30: Texas EquuSearch, a mounted search and recovery group, arrive in Central Florida to help search for Caylee.

Aug. 30: New bond for Casey Anthony is set for $3,000 for charges not related to Caylee's disappearance. The original posted bond has been revoked, so Casey will remain in jail even if the new bond is posted.

Aug. 29: Casey is rearrested on economic crime charges not related to Caylee's disappearance. The charges include uttering a fraudulent instrument, petty theft, and fraudulent use of personal information. Deputies say they have surveillance video of Casey using forged checks.

Aug. 29: Deputies serve Casey, George, Cindy and Lee Anthony with criminal witness subpoenas to appear in court sometime in November.

Aug. 27: The Orange County Sheriff's Offices fires Recruit Deputy Anthony Rusciano, who may have had ties to Casey Anthony. Deputies say Rusciano provided inaccurate and incomplete responses on an ongoing criminal investigation. It is not confirmed if the investigation is related to the case of Casey Anthony.

Aug. 26: Hundreds of documents are released in the investigation into Caylee's disappearance. The documents reveal Cindy Anthony called her daughter, Casey, a sociopath and a "mooch." The documents also say Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption, according to a friend of Casey's, but Cindy would not let her.

Aug. 21: Casey is released from prison at 10:30 a.m. after being fitted with an electronic monitoring device.

Aug. 20: Leonard and Tony Padilla post bond necessary for Casey's release.

Aug. 17: Leonard Padilla arrives in Orlando.

Aug. 16: California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla announces he and his nephew, bail bondsman Tony Padilla, will fly to Orlando and post Casey's $500,000 bond. Padilla says they are doing this to "find the baby."

Aug. 15: Two private invesigators meet with Casey. Investigators were identified as Edward Phlegar and Casey Dominic, both investigators for Casey's attorney, Jose Baez.

Aug. 12: George Anthony says that he believes Caylee was kidnapped and that the kidnappers are being watched.

Aug. 10: Casey cancels a scheduled meeting with her parents, the second time in three days she has refused to meet with her family.

Aug. 9: Caylee's third birthday comes and goes with no new leads on the missing girl's whereabouts.

Aug. 8: Casey refuses to see her brother, Lee, for a scheduled meeting. Lee's visit is rescheduled for Tuesday.

Aug. 7: Investigators serve a search warrant at the Anthony home and remove a number of clothing items belonging to Casey, which her mother said had been in Casey's car. Some of them has been washed by Cindy Anthony because they had a foul odor.

Aug. 7: Deputies confirm that the last time Caylee was seen by anybody other than Casey was on June 15. There is video from that day and investigators found pictures from Father's Day on Casey's computer.

Aug. 7: Investigators say a call Casey said she got on July 15 in which Caylee talked to her probably didn't happen. Phone records show ther was no call to Casey's cell phone at the time the call was supposed to have taken place.

Aug. 1: The Orange County Sheriff's Office take several bags of evidence from the Anthony home.

July 31: George and Cindy Anthony are interviewed by the FBI.

July 30: The Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach deny Baez's appeal of the $500,000 bond, asking that it be reduced to $10,000. That appeal was denied.

July 29: Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, asks a judge to bar the release of jail house recorded conversations, 911 tapes and visitor logs to the media. That request was denied.

July 22: A bond hearing is held for Casey Anthony. Her mother, father, brother and a detective in the case all testify. The judge sets bail at $500,000.

July 17: Casey Anthony is officially charged with child neglect, lying to investigators and interfering with a criminal investigation. The judge denies bond because she showed a "woeful disregard for the welfare of her child."

July 17: The Sheriff's office starts to search the backyard of the Anthony house.

July 17: The Sheriff's Office takes possession of the car and finds evidence of possible human decomposition. The car is sent to the forensics bank.

July 16: Casey Anthony is arrested.

July 16: The car found abandoned is picked up by the Anthony family from the wrecker company

July 16: Police talk to Zenaida Gonzalez who says she does not know Casey Anthony. Police also take Casey to Universal Studios where she said she worked. After leading them to a building, she admitted she was no longer employed there.

July 15: The Sheriff's Office is notified that Caylee Anthony has been missing since June 9.

July 12: After they had not seen Caylee for some time, the girl's grandparents got concerned and confronted Casey, convincing her to go to the sheriff's office.

June 30: The car Casey had been using is towed from the Amscot store on Goldenrod Road and Colonial Drive.

June 24 or June 25: Detective Corp. Yuri Melich testified during Casey Anthony's bond hearing that a witness came forward who said he had talked to Casey on the phone on either June 24 or June 25 and that he heard Caylee in the background. The witness said that at one point in the conversation Casey told Caylee to get down from the table.

June 9 - July 12: Casey Anthony tells her parents that she had been going to work every day and that Caylee had been staying with friends or nannies.

June 15: Caylee's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, revised her estimate to this date as the last time she saw the girl in her testimony in Casey's bond hearing in July. Cindy Anthony said video of Caylee reading a book helped her remember that Caylee went with her to visit her father at an assisted living facility on Father's Day.

June 12: George Anthony says Caylee was spotted by friends of the Anthony family in a shopping area near the Orange-Seminole county lines. She was wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

June 9: Casey Anthony said that on June 9, she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter who lived at the Sawgrass Apartments. She said the babysitter's name was Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

Report This Post In mid to late June Cindy calls Ryan and discovers Casey had never worked at Sports Authority; tells him Casey's a sociopath. At this time Cindy also is contacting other friends of Casey telling them she is a liar, and has stolen money several times, etc.. (see individuals statements within documenation discovery & NG or Greta interviews)
6/2 Tony Lazarro reports seeing Caylee for the last time
6/9 Amy said she last saw Caylee approx this date. She also told police about Casey saying she had $15K in savings and that she was "going to get" her parents' house. Casey said they could be roommates after she got the house. Casey reportedly spent the night with Ricardo and Amy with Caylee
6/9 to 6/25 Casey contacts Brittany Schieber many times about going to nightclubs
6/10 Ricards sees Caylee that morning at his home
6/12 to 6/14 Kristina tells police that Caylee was with Casey and they went for a walk at the park one day in this time frame.
6/13 Roy House sees Caylee
6/13 - 6/15 Casey is supposed to visit Ryan Pasley at his aunt's house for a party; doesn't show
6/15 Cindy and Caylee visit great-grandfather 6/15 Cindy returns home with Caylee & her mother; a loud argument ensues that the neighbor reports later occurred. Cindy's brother Rick reports that the argument was Cindy trying to convince her mother not to press charges against Casey for stealing under $400 out of her grandfather's retirement account - Casey argues with her mother
6/16 George states that this is the last time he saw Caylee with Casey as they left with backpacks approx 1PM that day with Casey saying that she was "going to work". (no way to verifiy if this indeed took place yet)
6/17 Zenaida visits Sawgrass Apartments with her boyfriend and two children (she reports she doesnt know Casey & has suffered being connected to that name-Casey later is shown a picture of the woman she tells police in jail that she doesnt know her) 6/18 Casey backs her car into the Anthony driveway; she borrows a shovel from their next door neighbor

6/30 to 7/5 Tony Lazarro was reported to be in New York Late June to Mid July: Casey was in touch with a Marine in CA Mark Hawkins (mid July) She said she wanted to visit him in CA soon to tell him something, she had another relationship with a Marine in 2006-2007 (Brad or Brandon -see his myspace I posted several pages back here). My theory is she was planning to flee to CA.

7/15 Casey returns to tattoo parlor alone 7/15 Amy, JP, and Ricardo return from Puerto Rico; Casey went to pick them up
7/15 George and Cindy find out about car being towed. They pick it up and Cindy argues about the cost & wants a discount. George volunteers that he's had difficulty with his daughter & she won't let him see his granddaughter (odd that he felt he had to mention that). Car was noted to smell like a dead body. Flies & maggots were reported to be present when the trunk was opened. Mr. Birch throws the white garbage bag over a fence but the police later recover the garbage bag (note I think Mr. Birch should have called the police upon this discovery)
7/15 Amy takes Cindy to Lazarro's 7/15 Tony confronted Casey via phone about all her lies, stealing from Amy (he found Amy's checkbook at his house in Casey's thing) Casey was NOT happy about that...it seems that may be why she wanted to call him from jail.
Tony Lazzaro reports that Casey told him that she stole Amy's money because she needed it for a 'back up plan'. 7/15 George reportedly didn't answer Cindy's first call on the evening of the 15th, nor does he return home on Cindy's first request, he tries to send Lee to go deal with it
7/15 Cindy calls 911 three times
7/15 Police arrive, separate the family members, conduct interviews; Cindy mentions the foul odor in the car to the police again 7/15-16 late Casey removed over 200 photos and almost 4 months worth of messages from her myspace and facebook-reported by Jessie Grund, if memory serves. 7/16 Casey texts friends to say Caylee is missing
7/16 Jeff Hopkins sees Casey Anthony at Orlando Ale House w/o Caylee. I took all of this informaton from the 400+ pages of trial discovery documents
released by the Orange County's Sheriff's Office.

As you review the timeline dates that Cindy Anthony said the last time she saw Caylee was Sunday June 8. George Anthony originally said the last time he saw Caylee was the next day, Monday, June 9th. Detectives learned from a photo found on Casey's computer (which was impounded on July 15th) that Cindy Anthony took Caylee to visit Cindy's Father on Fathers Day June 5, 2008. On July 21st when confronted with this date-stamped and verified photo, George and Cindy agreed that the June 15th date must be correct. So I found it very hard to determine some of the subsequent dates which were based on the Anthony statements. When in doubt, I used both dates - example,
6-8 (6/15) Last day Cindy Anthony saw Caylee
6-9 (6-16) Last day George Anthony saw Caylee.

In compiling the timeline, I found it interesting that Cindy and then Casey posted writings on their MySpace pages. I wonder if Casey's posting on July 7th was a direct response to her mom's lament posted on July 3rd.[/B]

Prior to Caylee’s disappearance :

In original statements by all of the Anthonys - Casey left the Anthony home with Caylee for the last time on Monday, June 9. However, after detectives discovered a date-stamped photo on Casey’s computer of Caylee with Cindy’s father on Fathers Day, June 15, Cindy admitted that Casey left with Caylee for the last time on Monday, June 16.

6/13 Fri Casey and Caylee bail on planned trip to Jacksonville with Amy; Amy was going there to buy a car. Excuse is that Casey's dad has had a mini-stroke and she is with him in hospital. Amy rented a car to get there. Amy says she may have heard Caylee's voice on the phone - just not sure. She returns home that evening.

Casey calls Ricardo and invites him to Fusion - he refuses to go.

Casey goes with Lazaro (in his car) to the Hip-Hopshowcase at Fusion Ultra Lounge. Casey spends the night. Caylee doesn't.

6/14 Sat

6/15 Sun Cindy and Caylee visit Alex and Shirley Plesea, Cindy’s dad and mother, in Mt. Dora, FL. for Fathers Day. While there, Cindy learns that Casey has stolen money from the Plesea's checking account. At home, Cindy angrily confronts Casey with this theft. This is the last time Cindy Anthony sees Caylee.

6/16 Mon 12:30 pm. George Anthony last sees Caylee when she leaves with Casey to go to work. On Aug 4th he recalled that Casey was wearing grey dress slacks (later found in car and laundered by Cindy on 7/15). He left for work shortly after that.


On the day of Caylee's death/disappearance - June 16, 2008

Question
Why doesn't Caylee fear that something might have had happened to both Caylee and Zanaida whom she claims to have trusted? They could have met with any number of terrible mishaps during the day. Why jump to the conclusion that Zenaida had "taken" Caylee.

Casey Anthony Timeline--Revised Oct 2, 2008

This timeline is a combination of news articles and websites from all over Florida; on line video/audio tapes; .pdf reports and statements, with a dose of my own opinion. Comments welcome and invited.

Timeline as of October 2, 2008

June 24 2004 Casey began work at Kodak at Universal studios. End date Nov 26 2005.

November 2004 Casey becomes pregnant. No one seems to know who the father is. We heard Eric somebody from Cindy, Jesse from Casey, Jesus Ortiz picked out of the obits. I don’t think Casey even knows who the bio-dad is.

December 2004 around Christmas; this is the date Casey says she first met Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez the nanny, through Jeff Hopkins who supposedly used her as his babysitter.

March 1, 2005 Casey signs up for her Facebook account.

Summer 2005 Casey tells Jesse Grund that she is pregnant with his baby. Jesse is willing to accept responsibility, but requests a DNA test at Caylee's birth.

August 9 2005 Caylee Marie is born. No father listed on the birth certificate.

August 9 2005 to about December 2007 Per Jesse Grund, babysitters she had were Lauren (who took care of Caylee for the first 8 months for free), he himself watched her at times, as did his parents and Casey’s parents, and old friend Cristina who has two small children herself.

August 2005 DNA tests show Jesse could not possibly be Caylee's father. Throughout that summer, however, she spent lots of time with his family, Sunday dinners and get together’s to the point where there was great disappointment in the Grund family when the DNA evidence showed someone else as the bio father. Casey told Jesse after the test results came back, that the bio father was a one-nighter and she didn’t want him involved in their lives.

November 26 2005 Casey is fired from Kodak. Begin date June 24 2004.

December 31, 2005 Jesse Grund and Casey become engaged, he was willing to accept Caylee as his own, as he had bonded with her for the eight weeks that they waited for the DNA test to come back.

March 2006 Lauren stops baby-sitting for Caylee after a “falling out” with Casey.

April 2006 Casey had been using Jesse and his family for babysitting, and when Mr Grund told her one day she was going to have to find someone, she immediately said she had one, and named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales.

May 28 2006 Jesse and Casey break up.

June 2007 there-about, Casey met Ricardo Morales and Amy Huizenga and their pals at a bar-b-que party for friend Lauren. Amy doesn’t remember meeting her there. I believe Troy, Lauren and Amy were roommates at the house in Oveida. Amy left for six months to work a cruise ship and when she came back in December, Casey was hanging with her people and Lauren has apparently left the scene. Note about Amy: she hired-on in the entertainment dept of the cruise line and ended up just setting-up and breaking-down for various bands. Has a degree in theater, works as waitress to pay the bills.

August 2007 Ricardo Morales moved from Jacksonville FL to Orlando for employment reasons.

November 2007 Jesse Grund and Casey dated again shortly, Jesse says this is when he first heard about Zani the Nanny. He says that she wouldn’t have an abortion, and never mentioned adoption to him. He said he loves Caylee and wants her home safe.

December 4 2007 This was the last day Jesse Grund said he saw Caylee, at his graduation. Geraldo Sept 20, 2008.

January 2008 Ryan Pasley who grew up with Casey, says he hung out with Casey about every other day. He doesn’t say when or what time period. Caylee was with them about a third of the time, the rest of the time Casey said she was with her parents or the nanny who had a Caucasian name like Krista or Kristen, when prompted by police said Christina sounded more like it. He said he saw Casey on and off until the end of May.

February 2008 Casey and Amy became friends on a steady basis, i.e. calls/texts, etc., by Feb 2008.

February 23 2008 Casey and Ricardo start seriously dating, with Casey sleeping over many times and Caylee sleeping with them when she was there.

March 19, 2008 Casey celebrates her 22nd birthday. Her maternal grandmother gave her a check for an unknown amount. Casey uses the bank routing number to steal more from her account. Casey steals checks from Papa's checkbook, unaware that no one but the nursing home could issue checks on his account. Geo and Cindy talk the home into not pressing charges.

April 14 2008 Casey and Ricardo stop seeing each other. He says it just petered out. He said they remained friends and he likes Caylee, who has a favorite Teddy bear she named Teddy and a cloth bodied baby doll with a plastic head named Mama, and she liked to play his drums. She sleeps over occasionally. Amy lives there too. Amy said Ric is not very "ambivalent" which I take to mean not too emotional one way or the other, and was undecided as to his and Casey's relationship.

April 20, 8:04 am to web post to The Quadruple Tripler (Donny Wells): hey yourself. I've been good...with the exception of the last 4 days. Seriously, the sickest I've been since before high school :( what's new? The last time i saw you, we literally ran into each other downtown. Casey stops going to Ric's on April 14 and had to go home; she probably moped in bed at home so someone else would take care of Caylee. It was about this time she met Lazaro on-line.

May 24 2008 Casey met Anthony Lazaro at a party, after having conversed on-line at Facebook for some time. She brought Amy and Troy with her to the party at the house of Chris Kokkinos’ place. The party was for Daniel Howard. Tony Lazzaro was DJing.

May 31 2008 Tony worked a gig at Arden Villas pool area. Casey left to see a friend 30-45 minutes came back with Jesse Grund and didn’t tell Tony until later that they had ounce been engaged. Evidently Jesse lives/lived at Arden Villas. Casey told Tony that Jesse was trying to become a police officer, when we know now that Jesse WAS a police officer and would quit that job a month later, on June 25. Tony said Cindy called and summoned her home that evening.

June 1, 2008 Tony and Casey get intimate. No Caylee around (AL), then Casey went home.

June 2 2008 Anthony Lazaro last saw Caylee on this date at the swimming pool of his apartment complex. It was the last of only a few times he had seen Caylee at all. Cindy said she was on vacation all week because her birthday was the 5th, and she had Caylee all week.

June 4 Wednesday, at 7:33 am Casey Anthony wrote to Amy on Facebook: oh, the times we will have! i can’t wait for us to become roomies in another week! Seriously… by the end of next week, it will be just us girls. I can’t believe it! Note: Casey had been telling Amy that her parents were splitting up and moving out and she was going to get the house and Amy could move in with her there on Hope Spring Drive. That is a pretty bold lie. I wonder if she ever pondered killing her parents to make it look like homicide/suicide so she could have the house. Just a thought.

June 4 2008 Casey on MySpace or Facebook to Donny Wells: So are you home yet, or what?

June 4th Wednesday, at 12:12 pm Casey Anthony wrote to Amy on Facebook: Si!!! Good times to be had, from tonight, until, well, forever. What time do you think you’re getting done tonight????

June 5 Cindy Anthony’s birthday; the last time that Lee Anthony saw Caylee. Caylee was home but Casey was not.

June 7 Saturday, at 9:04 am Casey Anthony wrote to Amy on Facebook: I’m so glad you’re ok! Seriously, you scared the life right out of me! i love you girl.

June 8-14 Casey told Cindy that during this time Casey took a mini-vacation with Jeff Hopkins. His name is became familiar later because she used it as an outcry witness and we now know he had not seen Casey since high-school, except for once a few weeks before Caylee disappeared when they ran into each other at a restaurant and said cursory hello’s; The Anthonys asked the Hopkins family not to talk to reporters.

June 9 Casey and Caylee spent their last night at Ricardo’s. Tony Lazzaro states that Casey lived with him June 9 through July 16, the day she was arrested. Caylee was not there with them, Casey repeated saying she was with the nanny or grandparents.

June 9 From Casey (to unknown, looks like MySpace or Facebook). Hey baby! I hope NY is treating you right. Question!!!!! Do you know any local girls, that can sing? My boyfriend Tony, and his business partners are looking for an up and coming female R&B artist let me know!!! i miss you!

June 9 - June 15 Casey was holed up at Tony Lazzaro’s apartment. Casey gave Cindy a whole story about going to Tampa and Zani and Raquel being injured in a wreck just ahead of her a Juliet. Totally false story. I'm not clear on where Caylee was at this time, the 9th thru the 13th, when Caylee was with Cindy that weekend.

June 12 Casey claims to have spoken to Zenaida on the phone on June 12 but ZG would not tell Casey where Caylee is. Info from meowse. But…this was before she had even gone missing…could it have been July 12?

June 12 George Anthony says Caylee was spotted by friends of the Anthony family in a shopping area near the Orange-Seminole county lines. She was wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

June 12 or 13 Cristina Chester recalls herself, Casey and Caylee taking a walk, between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

June 13 Friday Roy House, Lazzaro’s roommate says he saw Caylee on June 13 at the Fusion bar with her mother, when Casey attended a party thrown by House and Lazzaro. It was noted because several people noticed and commented that it was inappropriate to have Caylee there. I think this is important, that Casey was told by her friends that Caylee shouldn't be at a night club on Friday night, three days before Caylee goes missing and two days after the big fathers day argument. Why didn't she have a babysitter on that night, if they were so freely available?

June 14-15 Anthony’s neighbors report loud argument at the Anthony’s house over the fathers day weekend.

June 15 Caylee and Cindy visited Cindy’s father at 12:00 noon at Nursing Home. Last photo’s of Caylee taken, time taken from camera. A confrontation between Great Grandma and Cindy occured at the facility because G-Grams wanted Casey held responsible for the thiefs against her and the nursing home, and instead, Geo and Cindy just paid them back and talked the nursing home into not filing charges. This must have sparked the argument at home between G-parents and Casey. I now believe it was theft of Papa's nursing home that Casey was charged with first. Then the second charge for theft from Amy. Not sure.

June 15 In the evening, Cindy and Casey used the pool. After the argument? When they got out, Cindy remembers moving the stairs away from the pool.

June 16 Monday, Cindy goes to work sometime in the morning.

June 16 Per George Anthony, Casey and Caylee leave the house at 12:50 pm. Casey was wearing gray dress slacks and a white dress shirt and carried a dark blue backpack. Caylee is wearing blue-jean shorts, a pink blouse and her sunglasses with white frames. She also has a white and pink backpack and her cloth-bodied baby doll. The little white and pink backpack were among items taken by Lee A from Tony L's house on July 15.

June 16 George leaves the house at 2:30 to go to work.

June 16 Cindy returns home from work and finds the pool ladder is attached to the pool and the fence gate is open.

June 16 Per Amy H official statement, Casey spent June 16 thru July 4 with Tony Lazzaro, July 4-8 with Amy Huizenga at Ricardo Morales apartment, then July 9 thru 15 with Tony. Tony says Casey stayed with him from June 10 until June 16 Casey’s boyfriend Tony told investigators that Casey was not in a panic, not searching for her daughter. She spent that night with him.

June 16 On this date Casey started corresponding frequently with Mark Hawkins, a marine stationed at 29 Palms in southern California. She said she had to talk to him and hinted that she would like to come and talk to him about something important.

June 17 Tuesday, at 3:15pm Casey Anthony wrote on Facebook to Amy: cheer up me lady! i love you and can’t wait to finally get you moved in.

June 17 Tuesday A Zenaida Gongalez filled out a guest registration card at the Sawgrass apartments to look at unit 210. Casey claims she left Caylee with ZG at the bottom of the stairs leading to apartment 210, because ZG was hanging out downstairs, but that she had left her at the apartment many times. The workers at the apartment building say the woman was definitely Hispanic, was NOT Casey Anthony, and did not rent the apt, although they did show it to her. So, how did Casey make the connection between ZG and apt 210? She was looking for an apartment for Tony (see June 19 with Matt Crisp), it is possible she went in the office, they were with Zenaida showing her the apartment, no one was is the office, the application was there on the desk, she noted the material, hell, she may have made a copy of it, as a spur of the moment thing. so many theories.

June 18 Wednesday, another flurry of phone calls that could mean nothing, or could mean something.

June 18 1:30 to 2:30pm The neighbor Brian Burner told LE that Casey had asked to borrow a shovel on one of the days he saw her backing the car into the garage. He said the "week of the 16th." (pg 310) she backed into the garage on three separate days. Note the time on the 18th —she calls to make sure no one is home, then between 1:11 and 1:30 backs in the garage and borrows a shovel.

June 19 Casey introduces Tony Lazzaro to Matthew Crisp. Tony wants to rent from Crisp and get out of his current lease. Caylee was not with them, Casey was in good spirits. So Casey was looking for apartments for Tony? That would explain why she was at Sawgrass on the 17th. She was checking Sawgrass out for Tony and Zani's guest card, which is a normal 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, was lying on the counter. Caylee was already dead, Casey was forming her story...maybe she was intrigued by the name...

June 19 Thursday, Casey’s Facebook comments to Troy on the 19th at 3:57 pm you, ric and dave should definitely come out tomorrow night. I’ll give you a buzz later. i haven’t see you in ages!

June 20, Friday Big bash at Fusion—photo’s taken. Casey say’s she was “working” there. The club owners say she was an unpaid “promo” girl, hot chicks that get free drinks to hang out and be friendly and draw a crowd. Tony later said she was always trying to inject herself into the management of the club, she tried to drum up business, as we can see from all her Facebook and My Space posts, plus all the text messages. He'd given her honorary title of "shot-girl manager", manager over the waitresses who would wander around getting people to take extra shots. lol.

June 21 about here, Casey ran into Jeff Hopkins II, a high-school acquaintance she had not seen since high-school, nor since the chance meeting.

Between June 30 and July 6, Casey asked Jesse if she could come over and use his shower, that she didn’t want to use her parents and her boyfriend was out of town.

June 23 on or about, Cindy Anthony calls Ryan Pasley, while he was in class, and warns him of Casey’s erratic behavior, her having stolen money from Cindy and Cindy’s mother, and she tells him she thinks Casey is a sociopath.

Jun 24 10am Tuesday: Shed at family home found broken into, two gas cans stolen by unknown thief. George makes a police report. Casey comes to the house without Caylee to get some clothes, and Casey tells George “it’s too bad what happened in the shed”. Later George needs tire blocks from Casey’s trunk a race ensues between father and daughter, Casey saying I'll get them, finally grabs them out of the truck before Geo can actually see inside the trunk (according to George).

June 24 Cindy is very angry and tells Casey she wants the car back and that she wants Caylee brought home.

June 25 Wednesday, Casey called Jesse Grund on the phone; he had quit his job as a police officer on that same day and he said he heard Caylee in the background. He later said he wasn’t SURE he heard Caylee. He notifies LE and gives statement that Casey is a habitual liar, and that on June 25 he received a call from Casey A asked him to come to Fusion and that Caylee was at the beach all weekend. The upcoming weekend was June 28/29, when Tony Lazzaro was about to leave (on Monday) for New York on vacation. He didn't go.

June 27 Friday, some time before 7:00 am Casey abandoned the White Pontiac in front of Amscot, a Check Cashing Business. Anthony picked her up from from Amscot store at about 10:00 am. She told Tony her dad was going to take care of it. She left her purse in clear view on the front seat; the child seat was still in the backseat, as was Caylees favorite baby doll. Author’s ponder: did she leave the purse in the car to try to entice someone to steal it or the whole car, thus trying to confuse the crime scene? Tony Lazzaro said she had groceries in bags as though she had taken them from her mom's house, not purchased them from a grocery.

June 30 Monday Tony Lazzaro leaves for New York. Returns July 5.

June 30 Monday The car Casey had been driving is towed at 9:00 am from the Amscot store on Goldenrod Road and Colonial Drive by Johnson’s Towing Co. Casey said later it had run out of gas and she had help pushing it into a parking stall next to a dumpster.

Thursday, July 03, 2008: my caylee is missing She came into my life unexpectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

July 3 Casey texts Jesse Grund to tell him not to talk to her parents if they should call him. Interesting in that in one of the jail house phone calls between Casey and Lee (7/26 or 7/30), she is telling Lee not to trust Jesse. I think the Anthony's and Grund need to sit down and compare notes. There is a reason she doesn't want them to talk.

July 5 10:12am Casey to Tony’s NY sister: i'm going to prove to your brother how much of a dork i really am....i ABSOLUTELY can't wait to see him today hope you guys had fun while he was home.<3>July 5 Friends reported Casey celebrated Independence Day with her boyfriend Tony Lazzaro. She partied and cooked dinner for him and his roommate, they took photos.

July 5 on or about Casey tells friend Ryan Pasley that she has been doing drugs, smoking pot and such.

July 7 about noon, ran into Matthew Crisp at the Subway Shop. He said Caylee was in Sanford, Florida with the nanny.

July 7 Casey claims that she reported one of her phones missing, the one with Zani's number programmed in. If she "reported it", who did she report it to, if she just lost it, as she told Lee? Is she saying she reported the loss of the phone to the police, but said nothing about her little girl? Or to Universal, where she didn’t work?

July 7 Monday (exactly 2 weeks since June 16, Caylee’s last day…) Casey Anthony posted this poem the Diary of Days. It reads, in part:

July 8 before 9:00 am Casey drives Amy to the airport and has permission to use the car for the week Amy was on vacation.

July 8 2008 On this date Casey wrote the first of checks on Amy’s checking account, per Orange County Clerk of Courts website.

July 8 is the offense date Aug 30 is the arrest date. As soon as Amy was gone, on that very day, Casey stole all of her money.

July 9, Wednesday, Tony was out of town so Casey spent the night at Ricardo and JP’s apt.

July 8-15 Casey drove Amy’s car when Amy went to Puerto Rico for a vacation with Ricardo and JP Chatt.

July 15, Tuesday. The car found abandoned is picked up by the Anthony family from the wrecker company. Simon Birch, manager at the wrecker yard, noticed the stench coming from the vehicle both on June 30 when it was originally towed, and when he brought it up to George Anthony. They left and he picked up the car several hours later. One tow lot employee overheard him say something to the effect of his daughter wouldn't let him see his granddaughter, and the tow guy who went to the car with him was told his daughter HAD been missing but his granddaughter was still missing. They get to the car, and open it and tow guy says it smells horrible…met with TOTAL silence from George. They opened the trunk and flies flew out and they find a bag of trash with some pizza and some maggots, etc.; the bag is thrown into the front of a dumpster at the tow yard, by the tow guy BUT it WAS collected into evidence from there George sees the gas gauge is on empty and says, oh, I have gas in my car. The only time we hear of the car being out of gas is from Casey's statement that it was pushed into the lot because it was out of gas. He puts in gas and leaves. George said the smell of decomposition was so bad they drove home with all the windows open. Did George talk to Casey between the time it was towed on the 30th and the day George picked it up, on July 15?

July 15 Sometime after George picked up the car and before he went to work, he used some kind of cleaning solution on the trunk interior.

July 15 abt 12 noon, Casey says she received a phone call from “personal call” and spoke to Caylee herself, but was then disconnected. Phone records later show no call was made in or out at any time around noon.

July 15, Tuesday at 2:30 pm Casey picks up Amy Huizenga at the airport in Amy’s car. Earlier in the day she wrote one final check for cash from Amy H’s checking account.

July 15, Casey returns to Cast Iron Tattoos between about 2:00 and makes an appointment for herself and a friend at the tattoo parlor for July 19, 2008, the next Saturday.

July 15, 2008 at 4:02 pm Casey Anthony wrote to Amy on Facebook: so glad you’re home. i better not see you online. life is on hold until tomorrow.

July 15 Cindy found Amy’s phone number in the car and called her; Amy told Cindy that Casey was at Tony Lazzaro’s apartment and that Caylee was not with her.

July 15 about 7:30 pm Cindy picked up Amy at a mall she was at and Amy showed her where Tony lived, where Casey was at the time. They compared lots of notes on the way and Amy found out the whole "moving into the Anthony house" deal was bogus.

July 15, at 8:00 pm per Tony Lazzaro, Cindy, with Amy, picked Casey up. They drove around and when Casey would not tell her where Caylee was, went to a closed police station, then back to Anthony’s house where George and Lee were.

July 15 8:00 to 11:00 pm, Amy discovered checks missing and her account had been emptied of $600+, not to mention that in the past, $400 in cash Casey stole from her then convinced Amy that she had sleepwalked and hidden it.

July 15 George didn't answer at least one call from Cindy on the evening of the 15th, nor does he come home the first time she asks him to, and twice he tries to send Lee to go to her. George arrives home at 9:50pm. Ten minutes later police are called.

July 15 to 16 Sometime between the 15th and 16th, Casey removed over 200 photos and almost four months worth of messages from her MySpace and Facebook pages (Jesse Grund). Most everyone who knew her got a text message or middle of the night phone call or missed call telling them essentially Caylee was missing for 31 days, etc.

July 15 I think we have all heard the 1st, 2nd and 3rd 911 calls. Insert here.

July 15 While they were waiting for the police, Casey and Cindy got onto My Space to contact all her friends to “get the word out”. She said she called the police around 10:00.

July 15 The Sheriff’s Office is notified that Caylee Anthony has been missing since June 16. Police report from Casey: Casey Anthony said that on June 9, she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter who lived at the Sawgrass Apartments. She said between 9:00am and 1:00pm in her affidavit, but George said they left the house at 12:50pm. She said the babysitter’s name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. She got the date from her hysterical mother, who was trying to figure out the last day she saw her while in a blind panic. Date turned out to be June 16, the day after Fathers day.

July 15, 2008 at 11:38 pm on Amy Huizenga wrote on Facebook to “her friend”: A person who I thought was my friend stole money one night while I was sleeping and made up a story about how I got up in my sleep and put money away for the trip I was going on (I got back today, it was a great trip!). I bought that, she’s my friend, but after today I know it was her. I let her use my car while I was gone and my check book was in there. Account cleared out. Hopefully I’ll be able to get that back… but yeah… overall… about a grand. Which isn’t even the worst (for me it is…) apparently her kid has been missing for a month. She claims the nanny stole her and was too afraid to tell her mom. So, as bad as all this is, there is a little girl out there (hopefully) that I’m way worried about. Anyway, how are you?

July 16 Five minutes after midnight, Jeff Hawkins, a friend of Jesse Grund, called him and told him Caylee was missing and there was a big to-do going on at the Anthony’s house. Jesse calls her cell and a policeman answered.

July 16 Casey told the first of the big Zenaida story, causing Casey or Cindy to do a search of Zenaida Gonzales on the internet. You can find a surprising number of things about people doing a simple Google search.

July 16 Jesse texts Casey 9:39 am to ask what happened. She says Caylee has been missing 32 days now, that the babysitter has her.

July 16 9:42 am mass e-mail to everyone in her addy, plus out-cry on MySpace. In a response to a text message from Brittany Schieber, Casey says to keep an eye out for a Silver four-door Ford Focus.

July 16 Wednesday, Casey Anthony is arrested after taking the police to phony addresses and lying continuously, making up imaginary people and places.

July 16 Tony Lazzaro’s house was searched early in the morning. Amy tells Tony Lazzaro about the theft. Tony encourages Amy to contact detective Yuri Melich. Amy calls LE and tells them what she knows.

July 16 Police begin to debunk the Zanaida Fernandez-Gonzales story, as well as the Universal “Event planner” tale. While at Universal, Yuri Melich called Casey on her cell phone to ask for her story again, and put his phone on speaker so all could hear her answer.

July 17 Casey Anthony is officially charged with child neglect, lying to investigators and interfering with a criminal investigation. The judge denies bond because she showed a “woeful disregard for the welfare of her child.”

July 17 In the angry phone call from Casey in jail to her house, she berates her mother, is rude to her friend Christine who breaks down crying, and just wants Lee to get Tony’s phone number off of her cell phone. She rants, "Everyone is only worried about Caylee, that's all they care about," before she catches herself and says, “and you know what? That's all I want too.”

July 17 Thursday, The Sheriff’s office starts to search the backyard of the Anthony house, with family consent. Cadaver dogs hit twice in the back yard in a slight depression at the far side of the pool and in the trunk of the car Casey was driving. A second dog confirmed the findings.

July 17 The Sheriff’s Office takes possession of the car and finds evidence of possible human decomposition. Samples were taken for DNA analysis.

July 17 Casey Anthony cell phone records subpoenaed.

July 21 Anthony house searched per warrant for DNA samples, toothbrush, thermometer used by Caylee, hair brush. LE took strands of hair from Casey at the jail, and I heard on an early interview with police that they took a lawn/trash bag.

July 24 Cindy Anthony tells the media that Caylee has been sighted in Georgia with someone who is heading to Charlotte, North Carolina. Police investigate the tip but find no evidence to substantiate the claim.

July 24 Casey Anthony received a surprise visit from Patrick Bougeois, a man who claimed to attend high school with her. Casey had trouble remembering who he was and had little to say during their conversation, which lasted less than 2-minutes... Why would this guy just randomly show up for a visit if they didn’t really know each other? Just a misguided old acquaintance reaching out...just a creep?

July 25 Lee A visits Casey at the county jail and she tells him bogus crap about people who could lead him to her, but the family is in danger.

August 6 & 7 Investigators make two additional visits to the Anthony home, gathering clothing of Casey and Caylee Anthony.

August 7 Orange County Sheriff’s Office held press conference to announce that LE has dispelled any and all involvement between Zenaida Gonzalez and Casey or Caylee Anthony.

August 8 Casey’s boyfriend Tony Lazzaro gave interview to WESH2.

August 8 Casey refuses to receive a visit from her brother Lee.

August 10 WESH2 confirmed that air sample tests taken from Casey’s car trunk are sent to “the Body Pharm” at the University of Tennessee.

August 22, 2008, Anthony Rusciano was terminated as a police officer for having lied about his personal relationship with Casey A, when e-mails and messages were found on Casey’s laptop computer. Tony Rusciano went through the Police Academy with Jesse Grund, which is how Tony and Casey met and they dated briefly after Jesse and Casey broke up. Casey liked to keep in touch with all her ex’s evidently.

August 20 2008 Geo, Cindy and Lee Anthony, along with the shovel-loaning neighbor, are given subpeona’s to be available for a trial hearing in November 2008. WESH.com.

August 21, 2008 Casey A was released from the county jail when a bounty hunter Leonard Padilla and his nephew, a bail bondsman, made arrangements and posted the $50,000, under conditions that included a bounty hunter living in the home and a cute trendy ankle bracelet for Casey to wear.

Let`s talk about this alleged sexual relationship between Casey and Anthony Rosiano the cop who has now resigned…wasn`t she also having a relationship with somebody else around the end of May, a guy named Tony?
MARK WILLIAMS, WNDB NEWSTALK 1150: …yes, Tony Lazzaro she was having a relationship with. … she was almost living with Lazzaro and seeing Rosiano at the same time when all this was going down when, all of a sudden, Caylee went missing. And Lazzaro and she were basically living together. So basically, she was playing two people against each other, which is pretty interesting.

This is a repeat performance though. She always has one lined up when one is ending. Her next was either William Waters who worked with Amy at Houligans or Mark Hawkins, if she could rangle a plane ticket out of him.

August 30, 2008 Casey A was arrested for stealing and cashing Amy H checks. Leonard Padilla withdrew the bond he posted for her on the child neglect charges, and she was taken back to jail. A demonstration against Casey was going full-tilt outside the family home when six police cars descended like the wind, handcuffed her and whisked her into the paddy wagon all within about 10 minutes and fully documented CNN and the OS in Orlando.

August 31, 2008 Caylee confirmed dead. Results from hair samples came back from DNA analysis and it was confirmed that the dead body that had been in the trunk of Casey's car WAS in fact, Caylee Marie Anthony.

September 2, 2008 With Leonard Padilla withdrawing the bond money and Tim Miller packing up Equusearch to go help families that want help, Casey throw’s a new twist into her story:Casey’s new story:Casey Anthony told Rob Dick on the way to or from an attorney visit that Caylee was kidnapped by the babysitter at Blanchard Park. Leonard Padilla said, "The story she gave him was she went to Jay Blanchard Park, Zenaida and her older sister, Samantha, and Samantha's three young children were there and they were driving a silver Ford whatever and one of them jumped her and the other one took the baby and said, 'Hey, this is the script. For the next 30 days, you say this to law enforcement and tell them this is what happened' and they zoomed off." sigh
