What Can We In The States Do To Help

I wonder if by any chance someone has brought Madeline to the USA?
If so is there anyway we can help here in the states?

I think that Madeleine may still be alive and held somewhere by a pedophile who is not violent in nature. In other words, a pedophile who is not into torture and killing the child but wants to have her for his own.

Madeleine is suffering in that case, but she may still be alive. No body has been found, and there is no evidence of a murder in Portugal.

Madeleine could be anywhere. I don't know what we can do here in the US other than watching for any sign of her, as remotely possible as that may seem, and supporting the parents, especially Kate, who seems to be wilting under all the criticism and suspicion. I have sent them a card and a donation. It is not much, but perhaps it will help. And prayers are important, too.
