I have to say that after reading "Analysis of the OJ Simpson Murder Trial" by Thomas L. Jones, I think the site admins should remove his article. It has to be the most biased text I have ever seen posted on this usually informative and intriguing site.

Jones' blatant biased view of Simpson makes me double guess every "fact" thats in the article as actual fact, the writer's opinion or just some load of crap that supposed to sway us into his point of view. He repeatedly calls Simpson a liar and a murderer (even though he was acquitted), he calls the defense team underhanded, sleazy liars, defends Fuhrman, blames blacks for "letting him off" and thanking whites for administering justice in the civil suit. I come to this site to learn about criminal cases, not some blowhard's personal interests.

I haven't read it but it sounds like something I might enjoy. Thanks for the heads-up! :seeya:

Not only have I not read it, but this is the first I've heard of it. Sounds like I could have written it myself as ITA :D

Its an interesting read, but I wouldn't use it as a factual base.

I'm guessing most, if not all, of the people on this forum think he's guilty?

I would say that yes, the majority of those on this forum believe him to be guilty. There are some that believe that he's not guilty, and still some that remain undecided.

The oj hearing

Alexander a prosecution witness testified today that he had asked oj's friend
the wedding groom to give him money for a lawyer the groom refused. His words to the groom on a recorder were 'IF give me money i can help your guy out.(meaning oj)

A defense lawyer asked him " what do you mean you can help oj out"

Alexander responded that "He would slant his testimony in favor oj ?

Asked to further explain what he meant he then testified " I would just NOT tell (DA) the exact truth"
