I love those creatures but I know they're going to die somehow so therefore I don't watch Meerkat Manor. They're too cute to die....

I'm a MM addict. It's strange, but I've seen some nasty **** in life and thought I was pretty tough, but the perfectly natural things that have happened to the meerkats so far this season have me very emotional every week. I am not ready for Flower to die.

TIIC at General Mobspittle could learn a lot about drama by watching!

(Leroy laughs at how I anthropomorphize our hummingbirds, pond fish, kitty baby, etc; I tell him it's because of MM.)

Mishell, we saw the Goshawk go for Len and Squiggy's death was alluded to at the end of Friday's new episode. All four of this season's new eps will run tonight from 8-10pm & 12-2am EDT.

On a happy note, TVLand will run four hours of The Bob Newhart Show episodes tomorrow night. I will be watching or recording. A girl's gotta have something to laugh at! Every day.

I'm still having a hard time believing that those poor babies really died. Can't the producers tranq them for the death shot & then rescue them?

I feel weepy when I watch the shows with baby sea turtles struggling to the sea & being picked off while tv people film it.

I have a love/hate thing going on with Meerkat Manor. What bugs me the most is the rival gang and what these two groups do to each other. Just like humans! I don't mind creatures killing other creatures for food (well, I DO mind it, but that's nature for ya!) but they kill each other over nothing but being in a different group. Civil war.

I cried when Flower died though.

I adore this show. I never miss it. I am sure to be in front of the TV each Friday ready for the show. I do wish it was a hour long. Than again I could watch it all day. :rolleyes:
Everyone knows not to call me at this time. Even my kids know that for that half hour do not disturb me. They are older (13 and 20 )so it is not like I am neglecting them or anything. :tongue:

I have cried cheered, and everything in between for these little animals. I am seriously hoping little Mozart can make it. I also hope Zaphod can find a new mate. I feel so sorry for him.
My favorite though has to be Mitch. He is so special. He is a Meerkat with a heart. ;)

LOL POOR ZAPHOD! When he got chased off while he was ahem mating with the enemy meerkat! LOLOL Atleast he got away!! I feel bad for him, hes all alone!

this is so sad, because we were just talking about Mozart. For anyone that missed Friday's episode, Mozat has passed and is now with her mother in Heaven.

Even though I knew that Mozart was going to die, I still squalled. (Not sure that I believe that a jackal would have left her body and not eaten her.)

Sad anyway, she seemed so resilient.

I think she finally died of a broken heart. I couldn't watch the repeat this week and just waited for the new one to begin.
