Simply add it up and split the estate between the two families, Benoit's other children, nor Nancy's family had a part in this crime, so why deny one over the other? JMO

Evergreen-

Thanks so much for finding this article. I didn't see it anywhere on-line.

It truly disgusts me that everyone's jumping on the band-wagon to grab up the money.

You're right-they should split it between the families.

There could also be a wrongful death lawsuit filed against the estate, what then? IMO

And who is going to sue whom???

Chris, Nancy, and Daniel are all DEAD!

Is someone going to try to collect from the heirs???

That's just dispicable. They've ALL lost loved ones in this.

I think Fayette County are back peddling on COD's and MOD's DNA evidence taken at the scene. I saw it on Fox 5 local tonight and it's really a ''whispering in ears '' on LE (Fayette Co. known to do this type of thing),imo

''The Fayette County Sheriff's Department reiterated this week it had no reason to contradict its original findings.''

This line is a real zinger also, imo

One thing that is clear is that all three family members were still alive as of dinnertime that Friday.

Renee Ramthun, the owner of Fayetteville-based Aqua Pro, confirmed a two-man crew from her company visited the Benoit home that Friday between 6 and 6:15 p.m. to clean the family pool. Both men reported seeing all three family members outside with nothing appearing out of the ordinary.

I don't agree it all came down as they have stated, something ''hinky'' on this case.
