Infamous school shooter Kip Kinkel has been denied a new trial. For those of you who don't remember, Kinkel is notorious for going on a deadly shooting spree at a high school in Springfield, Oregon.

Why would this sick kid need a new trial? He got what he wanted. He wanted to kill his parents as cover for a suspension. He then murdered school mates so he would be killed or arrested. He even attacked the arresting/interrogation officer and asked to be killed. He got the best the state of Oregon could do for his requests. Sure I feel sorry for this young boy. The sentence is extreme for someone his age. But his crimes are more severe for someone his age. Society is safer with his permanent incarceration. He is just begining to understand the permanence of his situation. But that can not change the severity and violence of his crimes. He was a violent individual. And would be extremely dangerous on the streets, where he should never walk again. Sorry Kip but in what part of your murdering do you think a new trial should consider anyway. That now you are sorry you killed your mother. Well you should be you sick demented wacko.
