That's a difficult one. There's one sickness that's not requires, but it helps...testing positive for syphillis, sometimes being born to a syphillis infected mother. This can lead to brain lesions that cause behavioral changes. For more on the subject, I would reccommend Dorothy Otnow Lewis' GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY.
