IMO we will see justice for Nona.

I think we don't have enough info out here for me to make an absolute decision. And, you never know how a jury will interpret what many of us see as "slam dunk" evidence.

IMO, if the evidence is there, the good people of Brownville will see that there is justice for Nona.

Now is a good time for predictions! Personally I have no clue which way this is going to go.

I don't know. I wish I could change my vote because I think there is a good chance he will walk. I also wish we all had a better idea of everything that went on in the courtroom to make our predictions.

However, I still think IMO that K.Jo is likely the killer.

I truly think that it could go either way. In light of the fact that KJ doesn't have a good alibi, among other reasons, I tend to think that he's guilty.

My girlfriend and I have followed this case on this board since December. I started out believing he was guilty. Now, I'm not sure. However even if he were, I don't know how the jury could find him guilty based on the evidence the Prosecution provided. Too many errors in their investigation of crime scene, too much potential evidence lost, (I would love to know whose DNA was on the drink cups in the trash bin at Nona's apt.) I couldn't find him guilty based on a palm print that may or may not have been made at the time of the murder. And that is basically all they have as far as evidence. Very weak case, I'm surprised it even went to trial MOO

I believe the evidence supports Jones killed Nona, and that the jury will recognize this and convict him.

IMO

I am not sure of what the verdict will be. It's not to say I don't believe that he is not guilty though. MOO!
