The truth is that I choose to post to you to save others from you.
   First off, you know nothing about the truth because it is not a prerequisite for an NG or a Defense Attorney. Thanks, but I don't need to be saved. However, I can see where you would need to save your comrades because you and they definitely do need some help!

Dear Diva,
I know we all have cracked under pressure, but many times the replys are deserved, imho, such as with Machismo Maritn's.

MARTIN II TO WILLIAM ANTHONY, 1-6-07, 12:10 P.M.
I was :read: and saw that you didn't respond to FBG and Socaldiva for an explanation of your original post.
Again, for future reference, who are you calling a "strawberry" and exactly what does that mean? Since it has been established that WA has referred to me as "too too" something or other in the past, you must have been referring to me. If not, I now make a third request to you regarding calling someone a "strawberry!" If you can't or won't answer, it will be easy to find out. Furthermore, in an attempt to hopefully get yourself off the hook for making such a derrogatory statement, you then posted what a "strawberry" looks like! Give me and us a freaking break!
I just wanted to give you the first shot since you were the one who posted it on this Thread in the first place! I am sure that FH20 would also be interested in knowing exactly what you mean by calling someone a "strawberry!"
I'll be waiting! I won't drop the matter either just because you have me on Ignore! No excuses! None. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Just answer the question! :D

Oh don't be so hard on him 2L8 -- I'm sure it's a term of endearment like something he'd say to his wife. Or maybe he's heard his wife referred to that way and thinks it's okay to say to someone else. IMO ;)

Sorry Weezer, but it doesn't work that way for me. IMO, Martin has to be held accountable for what he says and does on this Board and these Threads! He just can't say and do as he pleases! The same goes for WA!
I have found out what calling a woman a "strawberry" means and it is pretty disgusting and despicable. It's hardly a term of endearment and if Martin called his wife that, he wouldn't be married for long. I will PM you if you want to see what I found. Just let me know.

I will respond in the manner that people respond to me, as I have promised. What has this to do with the role of race in the CJS? It appears to me that too too much of, what you treasure-banwidth, is being wasted on this.

First off, I wasn't talking to you. Second, this is the Thread where Martin started his post re: strawberry and that's why I put my post here. Duh! You've got room to talk. You've wasted more bandwidth on this Board and Threads than anyone else going or coming! Pages and Pages of your assinine bullsh*t re: absolutely nothing! Just to get your point(s) across, which are meaningless!
I will be waiting for Martin's response and like I said, I am not going to wait forever! He's really crossed the line this time and has to be held accountable!

I responded because you place my initials in your post. However, I must thank you. For when my heart is over ladden and there seems to be no hope of ovecoming the pitiful plight to my mundane affairs, I will remember in profound fondness your posts, and transcend into fits of uncontrollable laughter and bliss.

Good for you! I, on the other hand, completely forget ALL about you as I turn the pages on these Threads and would love nothing more than to turn the next page and there is NOT one post from you to anybody! You are "out of sight, out of mind" as far as I am concerned. But you go ahead, keep reading my posts and laugh your *** off since you have nothing better to do!

Mr. August,
You are dead wrong about the detectives in this case not suspecting OJ Simpson. Mark Fuhrman was not on call that night, but he was called by Ron Phillips and asked to be on this case? Why would a junior detective be called into a case that was going to be high profile? He was called to the scene by Phillips because he and Fuhrman responded to a call from Nicole regarding a man who was harrassing her by phone.
Explain to me how Fuhrman could warn Nicole that her life was in danger in danger in 1985, later write a statement because another 911 phone call resulted and that Simpson was going to face charges? And do you honestly believe that the 1993 911 phone call was only known to a few LAPD members? Like no one talked about the call out for any police statements regarding 911 phone calls at the Simpson home?
It was their job to suspect him, it was their job to respond as quickly as possible to ensure no evidnce was being destroyed. And last but no least, even before Lange and Vanatter were in their cars on their way, they knew OJ Simpson was already out of town and knew what flight he took. They had no reason to be in a hurry.
You have never provided on iota of evidence on why Simpson would not be a prime suspect. What made him difference from any other ex?

limakey, you post false information, dream up fantasies and then ask meaningless questions.
There was no reason for any of the police who went to Bundy that morning to suspect Simpson. The fact that Simpson was the ex husband of one of the victims made him a possible suspect to be eliminated during the investigation that would follow after the murder scene was processed and test results became known. Nothing the police saw at the murder scene that morning pointed to Simpson. No one knew where Simpson was or what he was doing when these murders were committed. And no detective went to Simpson's house before the four detectives went there later that morning.
Your claims are ridiculous and false based only a paranoid imagination and hatred for LE.

Again, you are just speculating. Who the h311 knows why Ron Phillips called Mark Fuhrman and what does it matter? It is totally irrelevant!

Meanwhile, a police detective testified that Simpson was not initially a suspect in the case and that police tried to spare him from having to hear about the killings from the media.
<snipped>
"We never considered Mr. Simpson to be a suspect at that time," he said.

How many times does the above information have to be posted to you before you FINALLY get it? Whether OJ was or wasn't considered a suspect from the get go, what does it matter? LE had no other evidence to prove that it was someone other than OJ. The Bundy crime scene showed the following DNA: Nicole's, Ron's and OJ's. The matching glove was found at OJ's Rockingham Estate. Sorry. Too bad, so sad! Get over it! You just want to continually make a mountain out of a molehill over this matter. It has been explained to you, ad nauseum, and it is getting tiring, boring and exhausting. Just make up any freaking excuse that you want to, to make yourself feel better. I am not going to try and explain it to you again! Maybe Bob has more tolerance and patience than I have and he can explain it to you for the 1000th time! Good Gawd!

WA POST TO 2L8 4A D8 ON 1-23-07 AT 5:02 A.M.
Again, I ask you to stop making false posts about me.
Since Limakey hasn't said anything to prove you false, I pity her.
If you need an obnoxious bouncer, I guess that you are opening a bar, not a law practice. Martin would be a good candidate for that job! HA HA HA!
