Over in Tennessee suspected serial killer Glenn Isaac Goins, 24, was found dead in his cell yesterday morning. According to officials at Northeast Correctional Complex, Goins was found hanging in his cell during a 6:00 a.m. cell check. He reportable fashioned a noose out of a bedsheet.
