On Friday Florida Gov. Jeb Bush signed a death warrant for Danny Rolling and set his execution date for Oct. 25.

State Sen. Rod Smith, the former DA who prosecuted the case told the Sun Sentinel he was pleased with the governors actions.
"The victims have waited a long time," he said. "There was never any question that he was the killer."
