July 31, 1960, Prescott, AZ
"Little Miss Nobody" was somebody when the unclaimed body of a litle girls identified only as “God’s little child” was buried with tears by the citizens of Prescott, AZ.
The tot was found half buried in a desolated west central Arizona area near Congress July 31, 1960. She is believed to have been between 6 and 8 years old. But efforts by FBI, state and county officers to establish her identity and cause of death have failed.
Her small casket bore the inscription:
“God’s little child, date of birth unknown, date of death unknown.”
Who was she? Where are her parents? How can anyone toss away a young child like trash? Somebody must be missing her.
What can we do to identify her?
