:flamemad: If I read another story about a baby being killed or abused, I think I am really gonna loose it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I simply cannot take it anymore. Why, why why are parents committing or letting these crimes against their children occur????? I would die for my child. It is just that simple. I can tell you that if it were my life or hers, it would be mine that would have to end!!!! People, wake the hell up and pay attention to the world around you. If you are in a relationship with someone that you even think is harming your child, get out of it!!! If you think someone is abusing your child, get your child away from them!!!! If YOU think you may hurt your child, get YOURSELF away from the child!! DO SOMETHING TO PREVENT ANY ABUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On ABC nightly news, they did their "Person of the Week"- a detective from Canada, I believe, who busted a child porn ring. They were abusing kids live, on-line. During the show, the reporter was watching the recorded live cam and it started to show a man pulling a diaper off of an infant to abuse it!!!!!ON THE INTERNET-----LIVE!!!!!!!!! I had to turn the channel, I went into my kitchen, threw my plate of dinner away and just started crying!!!!! I could not eat my dinner, I got sick!!!!

What in the hell is wrong with people?? I cannot even fathom what would possess someone to do such a thing. How in the world are we gonna change the laws? No 3 strikes for these mf)(*)&*&( ers!!!! Automatic death. Federal Law!!!!

And I do not want any more laws named for kids either. That has to stop. Let's see- we have
1.)Jessie's Law
2.)Megan's Law
3.)Laci and Conners Law
4.)Danielle VanDam
5.)Carlie Brucia
The names go on and on. I AM TIRED OF LAWS NAMED AFTER OUR KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T WANT ANY MORE!!!! I just had to get this off my chest. If I read another story tomorrow....

You're so not alone.... I completely agree!

I truly believe that in any type of child abuse/molestation charge, no bail should be granted ~ let them sit in jail, do not give this person a chance to do it again or flee. I do not believe that parole should EVER be allowed for anyone convicted of sexual assault on a child .... EVER ...

In abuse/neglect cases.... instant termination of parental rights... and they do NOT get them back. No second chance.. no third chance.... you get one chance.....

I think we need much stricter regulations on sex offenders... must better tracking of those pervs who are already on the loose that we know about....

As for our Child Services Departments across the country ~ bless the ones who do their jobs for the right reasons and w/compassion and loves, hearts.... shame on those who are 'just doing a job' ~ this whole system needs to be overhauled and we need people who can do this type of heart breaking work to do it... I know there are not enough and it's easy to say 'we're understaffed' but sometimes it's just true.... we need more people in these fields.

And to those who even sense abuse/neglect/molestation ~ do not think for a minute 'it's none of my business' that childs life could depend on you!

Agree's with you both.. I hate getting the papers these days as there's rarely a day that goes by without a horrific story of abuse.. These people definitely need to be stopped..

Agree's with you both.. I've given up buying newpapers as I couldn't handle reading the horrific stories in them.. That's not because I'm turning a blind eye to this as I'm not.. It just upsets me so much to read this and having been thru it my heart goes out to them.. I hope something changes in the law and soon, hopefully it will help more young children out instead of helping to hurt them by not protecting them enough..

Ok, I hope that person dies. I'm sorry and I may get kicked off this board for saying that or whatever but that is the frickin' truth. He needs to suffer a loooooooong, sloooooow, painful death of the most horrendous kind - WHO molests a BABY!! What a sick MONSTER! :cuss:
