Citizen volunteers who operate the website pervertedjustice.com have worked with investigators from the Riverside Sheriff's Department in the past. Over the past year, they have combined in the arrest of seven suspects for attempted child molestation. Pervertedjustice.com has also conducted several sting operations that were documented by a major network television news show. This however, was the first major operation that involved Law Enforcement.

Thank you for posting this. I've never heard of PervertedJustice.com before. They just got their 47th conviction yesterday, that is wonderful! And now I've got them book marked for future reference.

Oh noooo...the very first guy they showed on the Dateline special - the high school teacher - looked so damn normal it sent chills up my spine. Believe me - you wouldn't pick him out in a million years. Now - his mug shot makes him look like a creep - but, with his glasses and all pulled together, he looked like a normal everyday guy - your neighbor or mine. And the fact that he was a teacher of adolescents made the whole thing even more frightening. You need to watch the special & see this guy coming into the house. Unreal.

I'm sure alot of those mugshots are the same - but in real life, when they aren't holding up a number and posing for the police, I'll bet many of us would be fooled.

I had heard about this on the news. Mira Loma is a rural type town about 20 miles from me.
I knew there were creeps around here....but not that many and certainly not as creepy as these guys are.

I watched an under cover news crew lure, through the cooperation of perverted justice, pedophiles to a house populated by a film crew, with cops waiting outside after the "meeting". (Finally! This show (Forget it's name now), had filmed 3 other set ups of pedophiles in this same house , and without cops on scene.

One guy was a Rabi! When he realized that he was on camera, (to be seen by everyone at temple and in the community), the shock in his face as he came up off that stool at the breakfast bar and slowly reached for the reporter, was priceless! Yes you deviant creature, you're busted!!! In more ways than one!

One pedophile made his second trip to the same house he'd been busted at by this film crew/reporter, months before! The same house! Only this time, the cops were waiting outside when he was allowed to leave. (Then again, does anyone ever really remain anonymous after appearing in a hidden camera baby raper expose!? Hmmm? ;) "Hey Charlie, what are you doing showing up at that house on TV, looking for a little boy for!?" *everyone looks at Charlie* :flamemad: Charlie runs for his life again) :lol:

I will say if I worked for Perverted Justice, luring baby rapers to their prison cell, I certainly wouldn't show my face on TV. Some of these people are facing years behind bars, as they are on parole. Imagine the revenge motive he may have for those that put them there. And since one can not get to the reporter/film crew, on average, a volunteer @ PJ, is easier to acquire! Especially given how easy it is to find someone's address today. (And everything else).

I had a support site for abused youth victims which is now run by someone else for reasons that I am busy. But, I looked over those names and ran a check on my records of banned profiles and location information. I actually banned over half of those guys from the chatroom and the message board of the old site. as these were found to be registering as fake youths.

This world is really unbelievable that despite the totally awesome work of pervertedjustice.com these kinds of creeps lume all over the net (most of the gaming message boards are infested with these creeps) looking for young kids to prey upon. When will these creeps learn that with today's technology they're going to get caught. Yet, they continue to use yahoo, aim, and even msn messenger to chat and build exclusive networks like this one called blchat.org or something that was recently found out about with thousands of pedos chatting in an IRC type chat network about how to go about finding actual kids to rape and molest.

Can you beleive that? I hope that perverted justice will continue to work hard wth autorities to shutdown what is found to be probably the largest pedo chatroom network in the world and get those people offline.

In fact, per the sex offender registry, I think that if you are convicted of a sex crime of any kind your information should be turned over to every single ISP in the country and world for that matter so that you are banned from even being able to use the internet period. Also, notifying public libraries and such with public access computers of sex offenders is in order as well. The federal law reguires every public funded library in the United States to obtain your real name, drivers license, address, gender, and other information to get access to library cards, and library internet user id cards. I think libraries should be granted access to the National Network of the sex offender registry databases.

Just a few weeks ago in my local area, please look on www.woodtv.com/ for the full news story was caught using the public library to send nude photos from his yahoo email which someone sent to him to send to others. He was even soliciting young boys as young as 5 years old to meet him downtown for sex. Speak of which ..where was this 5 year old boys parents when he was on the net by himself?

Hi Everyone! The show mentioned is called "To catch a preditor". Where I am located it is on wednesdays @9pm on nbc. This show seem to be ongoing, as they're setting these guys up on a continuing basis. Good for them! Someone's got to do something about the state of this world.
This show is excellent and eye-opening.
Someone poses online as a young girl, say 13, and these creeps come out of the woodwork, anxious to travel for many miles in the wee hours of the morning to meet with the young girl they believe is 13 and waiting just for them.
When they arrive, they are greeted by a reporter who puts them on the spot,...and they are busted.
I think it's wonderful to see there are alot of folks out there busy taking these scum down. It's about time. May there forces grow like wildfire.

I've been watching these shows and I am so glad they are catching the scumbags. Usually Dan Abrams will repeat some of it on his show. It's scarey because some of these guys are teachers, counselors and other professionals that we usually trust. Their excuses are so pathetic like I just came to menter the 13 year old. Yea mentor with condoms and alcohol and etc.
