Of all child killers in England,Huntley has to be the stupidest.
He murdered 2 10 year old girls known to him as he was the school caretaker, then he drove the bodies to a location miles away and burnt them.
He left evidence all over the place (such as clothes dumped in a waste bin) and was soon arrested and charged.
It was then realised that he'd had the nerve to join in the search for the missing girls
His statements and performance in court were ludicrous as he lied his head off yet contradicted himself so much that he ended up being given life.
Since then there have been suicide attempts but hardly surprising as even his Rule 43 status hasn't stopped him being given a pasting.
As Huntley had destroyed the bodies no DNA could be taken to ascertain whether the reason was sexual but what came out after is he was a serial rapist in another county and the police had never even informed the college.

I remember this case very well, as I lived in Bolton at the time. This was an very unorganized murder. Is he still getting beaten at every turn?
I wonder about that girl he was living with,Maxine... whats up with her now??

Peace~

She got a new identity same as those 2 ****s who killed that 2 year old in Liverpool.
The tabloids though can't always be taken as Gospel but he lives in fear of the next attack.
Recently it was reported he actually aplogised for his murders but by doing this he thinks it will go in his favour

Hey Cat..
Girl... I know who you are talking about... those punks who killed Little Jaime and left him by the rr tracks.I didnt live in the UK at the time, but I remember it making the news here.I do remember all the controversy about them being released and such..given new names... another one who comes to mind is Mary Bell too.
So tell me.. do you think the UK are tougher on child murderers than the USA?

::Peace::

No definitely not as long as we have a wimp like Tony Blair in power.Theres really stupid stuff ends up in court like Jonathan King who had a taste for teenage boys.He got a few years for what was really a miscarriage of justice when it was proved the Judge had altered the dates and some of the so called abusees had sold their story to the Sundays (which was mostly fiction).
He was released last year after the European Court had found it was an unsafe conviction.
King had a website inside and was not bothered by anyone. In fact he was something of a jailhouse lawyer/
I was one of his prison writers as a fan really and he asked me to write to a paper about his case but it wasn't printed.
No surprise really the press WANTED him to be guilty but he was initially shopped by a child molestor who was a BBC deejay at the time he was a star.

Also a lot of taxpayers money was wasted on the Pete Townshend thing.
These people were only guilty of being idiots.

But re James Bulger-there were still dogooders at it when the 2 kids were on trial and a compromise situation developed after they were sent to an institution rather than being punished. They had in fact a better life than the one they'd known in Liverpool, where the parents ought to have been punished as well for spawning the filth
