What Happen to Both TalkTara and FindTara Forum? [Archive]

This whole case is very peculiar. 1st, there seems to be lots of stonewalling no matter which way you try to get at some facts. News has been woefully lacking.

I found talktara.com and findtara.com both indirectly informative in their own ways. There were bits and pieces of info that I was taking from various threads and trying to weave things together to make some sense of some things. Then, BANG! Both sites are off-line. Smoke, smoke, and more smoke all around. I would wager a bet that if either site comes back on line that many of the posts will be forever lost. Now I kick myself for not having printed out every thread. IMHO, there seems to be some massive cover-up of some kind. I don't know what else to conclude.

BTW, has anyone ever come across an actual news article about the reported Holt area fire? One would think that with it's possible significance in the Grinstead case that reporters would be jumping all over the fire story....Then again, maybe there are news articles about it that I have just failed to locate. Anyone got any links?

You are on to something, I fear. I believe that the family may know something that we don't at this point. Even the guestbooks on findtara.com have been password protected. Why on earth would they be hidden and unavailable for the influx of prayers and well wishes for the family? The boards' disappearance, virtually at the exact same minute (I was online in each at the time) also symbolizes something.

We just don't know what.

IMO the fire i believed is the main reason why they stopped the search before and remove her from the GBI missing list.
The 3 dogs hit the same location and what does that tell us?

Yes i fully agree with you.
Someone is trying to run the show and telling this forum owners to probably cut the forum. That's why i will stay here at Court TV coz for sure they cant dictate courttv! :D

This is very strange the other sites are taken down. This case is so weird.

If Tara is alive and well and just having problems that's fine but I wish so bad if that is the case she would let someone know.

If 3 dogs hit on the same spot at a burned house that is significant. CSI is probably sifting thru the ashes. Not a pleasant thought at all.

But WHY has NONE of this been on any of the news anywhere?!!! From what I understand, this fire happened weeks ago, right? But nothing about the fire, and nothing about any dogs hitting on anything... simply NOTHING at all.

And, what is the deal with the gloves too...by now, the DNA info on them ought to be back too...but again, nothing in the news about Tara's case... it is just weird. She is not even mentioned anymore on the news.

And what about her website....it appears the family or friends or whoever was doing it, has not even updated it in ages. Where are they?!!

All good questions. I have absolutely no idea. I'm interested in this case but there just isn't anything about the case to follow. I thought in the begining that this was gonna be a high profile case, but I guess not....I've been looking at various different sites around the net and there is just nothing, not even that new site....

No they ( forum people) were discussing a wrong FIRE which is in Douglas.
The fire is in OCILLA also
The fire in Ocilla happened the wee hours of Tuesday,Oct 25
The fire in Douglas was i believed dated September something , which is before she disappeared :)

I think someone is trying not to pass too much informations in public to protect the reputations of some people involved. Local folks are talking from left and right on the forums

But look at what happened to the 2 Forums of findtara.com and talktara.com all closed. The guestbook on findtara.com are now also password protected as well.

Thanks for info. Do you have links to actual news articles on either or both of these alleged fires? There should be some real reports in the news if they were real....especially if there's suspicion fire may somehow relate to Grinstead case. Thanks.

Why did everyone hate Ron so much? I mean I thought he was an idiot, but it is his right to be that way isn't it? no matter how much it annoy's humanity.

I did not nor do I hate Ron. I merely answered a Posters question. SHEESH

He raved about being a person that could find missing loved ones which is nice. He offered to help a poster find a missing loved one and that was very nice as well. I sent him a message asking if he would consider helping my friend find her sister. He politely sent me a blank page with no reply. NO BIGGIE

He avoided answering many questions posted to him and that's no biggie either. Just makes me wonder what's really going on.
