I think there had to be concrete evidence to support the boss's allegations and frankly, it's not hard to imagine him lying to get attention.

I think if there were any real evidence, charges would have been brought, so apparently there wasn't enough evidence to charge her.

If she follows her conditions, she should remain free and I believe there will be plenty of folks watching out to make sure she does follow those conditions. She should remain, imo, under the watchful eye of the justice system and the public as well and then hopefully, she'll either stay on the straight and narrow or be sent to the pokey.

I was not surprised by the verdict because I think this ex-boss is looking for his "15 Minutes!" I am sure that the Canadian Government went over everything with a fine tooth comb so as to not end up with another embarrassment such as the "deal with the devil" fiasco. What incompetence that was.

Now don't get me wrong my Canadian friends. We've got a lot of incompetency in our Justice System too, but you don't want me to go there, trust me!

IMO she should be arrested for jay walking if that's all they can get her for. Accumulate the misdemenours. Make her life a living hell. If she steps on toe over the line, haul her in. I wouldn't mind my tax dollars be spent on this. After all it ws my tax dollars that kept her locked up for 12 years.

Yeah that's true there's incompetence in every system don't you think? Anyway I am not surprised by the verdict either. He did want his 15 minutes I agree with you.
