I can not help but to continue to think that bf's made up stories,especially the kidnapping was because he took pictures that night. The police have been mum on if any of Taylor's personal belongings were found with her. And the bs about bf's lawyer not wanting him to talk, I bet that just another ploy in the sick demented mind of BF. We all know his fasinaction with the darker side of life, and I strongly believe he took it too far with Taylor that night, She proabaly resisted him, and he could not take another shutdown. I believe it was premed, the fact of where Taylor was found, The trash bag **that sickens me** His actions the following days. But most perplexing is how did he hide Taylors car for so long. And how did he manage to keep his mouth shut for so long. He is trying to strike a deal since he seemed to be lucky in the past getting away with wrong doings. Another thought, I am thinking maybe Taylor and BF were not alone in his apt, possible Jake and Jessie, (why he stated that Taylor's mom would want to hear somethings about Taylor). This guy is just a waste of human space. His fascinations with fire, death, skulls, That is not a normal person, I feel sorry for his children, does anyone know if he was ever married.

I think she a bit obsessed w/sex or sexuality, from what I've read on her journals, it's mentioned often.

Maybe she did go to him and ask him to take nude photo's for kicks, who knows. I don't think there was an orgy... plus, do you know any guy who would want an orgy w/the ratio of more men and 1 woman...? Now I sound like a perv.

I don't think somebody at Taylor's stage in life, and knowing what little I do of her personality, would use "highly illegal" to refer to sex or drugs. I'd guess she would be referring to some sort of property crime.

But, if she was speaking ironically (and I think she had some sense of irony) she might have been referring to a porno shoot. The irony being that it is something that can be highly illegal one day (if the day before the 18th birthday) and then perfectly legal the next day.

Technically, would a naked shoot before her 18th birthday be an illegal act on her part? Or only an illegal act by Ben, with her as the "victim," however cooperative she might have been? Can somebody conversant with porn laws shed any light on this?

Not that this has anything to do with anything; this whole idea is probably a red herring anyway.

from reading her journal, and seeing her myspace pictures, i really couldnt see her getting naked in front of a camera... if you look at some of her older journal entries, as in like, go 20 entries back or whatever, theres one where she says "it turns out im not a 36D, but a 34F" or something like that. and then in a later entry, there is a survey asking what she doesnt like about her body and one of the things she lists is "boobs". i dont mean to be like a total creep, but most girls who are built that way are really self conscious about it. look at her myspace photos, it definitely looks like shes trying to minimize and really dresses more conservatively than most 17 year olds today....

I don't like to contradict people, it's rude but IRuleR, one of Taylor's myspace friends wrote on HER myspace page that Taylor was a funny chick and she recalled one time Taylor walked into her job with her shirt zipped all the way down... showing off her boobs. So what right? Taylor was normal. It doesn't mean she was a prude though.

I've said from the beginning that I think the highly illegal thing was a stagshoot with Ben. I did the same thing when I was 16 with a photographer that was 27 (gasp)... he lived in my complex and I adored him. I played dressup for him many, many times. Did I know it was illegal? You bet. Did I care? Nope. As long as my mommy didn't find out... I was good to go. That's just me. I was a worldly little girl but no one would know that from my 3.8 GPA and scholarships.

My photographer made me feel like Marilyn Monroe. He knew how to make me look pretty and glamorous, a life separate from school books. I trusted him with everything. Ironically, I don't remember his last name.

If she's a 34F, she's way bigger than Dolly and those pictures don't make her look any bigger than a C. As for the way she dresses, same way most teens do that I see everyday at school. One day they are wearing skin tight clothes, the next so baggy they can swim in them. I think she was joking about her bust size and perhaps she thought she was too small. I have always dressed more conservative and from what I heard about things she likes to do, read old books, or read in general, she was artistic, she loved old music, heck, she could be me!
