I am going to start a thread on the Beltway snipers. Last I heard was that they were going to be tried in Montgomery county, Maryland for the 4 murders there.
Personally, I think this is a waste of taxpayers money but at least the convictions can't be overturned.
The original board was archived when Mohammed received death and Malvo received LWOP in Virginia.
